As of Aug. 23, Simons, a legendary Quebec-based fashion retailer, is carrying a selection of handbags from the pride of La Belle Province, singing superstar Céline Dion. The Grammy award-winner worked with The Bugatti Group of Montreal to develop her first accessory collection, which will consist of 14 handbag styles, available at all Simons locations across Canada.
