From Feb. 20−24, the 63rd Bangkok Gems and Jewelry Fair took place under the theme of “Thailand’s Magic Hands: The Spirit of Jewelry Making.” Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana presided over the opening ceremony. A crucial component of Thailand’s economy, the fair is designed to honour the jewelry pieces created by Thai craftspeople, while solidifying its place as one of the world’s gem and jewelry manufacturing and trading hubs.
