Based in Paris, Juliette Rubel is an interior architect who brings a retro and futuristic taste to modern spaces shaped by her studies at LISAA and the École Spéciale d’Architecture. At the start of her career, she designed restaurants and for major retail brands, drawing on her experiences and expertise. In 2017, she founded her studio and developed a signature aesthetic defined by bold colours, interplay of mirrors and sculptural lighting. Her portfolio stretches across many hospitality venues, such as Giorgio and Peppe pizzerias on rue des Martyrs, for which she created a vibrant and hypnotic atmosphere, and the California Echo Canteen, which has a more restrained ambience that features natural wood. She began a global collaboration with Officine Générale in 2020, designing delicate retail environments from Los Angeles to Seoul. Some of her recent projects include the luminous Maslow restaurant, the vintage-toned Olga wine bar, and The Honey Moon, a bar that blends American diner spirit with 1970s attraction. Each design reflects her vocation for creative design.
