Founder and CEO Baruch Labunski shares about building his company, his everyday motivation and his goals for the future.

Business can be stressful, Labunski admits, especially keeping up with the latest in AI and algorithms. His everyday motivation comes from loving his work and being involved in every facet of the business. He’s mindful of his health, getting enough sleep and getting up early and he loves spending time with his kids.
Just like people, brands also experience challenges. Negative SEO will adversely affect a business, he notes, which is what inspired half of the firm’s name. The other half alludes to being highly security-focused and protecting customers from hacking and other threats to security.
Each person on his team “is dedicated to doing what they do best,” he says. He has a big team but likes digging deep into every aspect of business himself, to give clients the best digital experience.
In terms of its own goals, Rank Secure also wants to continue doing what it does best, driving more conversions by helping its clients take their products and services to the top of the algorithm. Labunski says that the firm has everything in place to achieve that, including services to compete with AI.
Labunski describes himself as a “working machine” and says that he has been deeply inspired by Chinese businessman and philanthropist Jack Ma, the co-founder of Alibaba, especially by his advice to follow the principles of honesty, integrity, respect and loyalty if one is to truly succeed. He applies these same principles in leading Rank Secure, fostering a team culture built on trust and accountability, and emphasizing the importance of long-term relationships with clients.
