Marbella’s premier automotive gathering returns with world-class collectors, extraordinary machines and a new vision of Mediterranean elegance.
From October 1 to 4, 2026, the shores of Marbella will once again become the backdrop for one of the world’s most exclusive celebrations of the automobile. Returning for its second edition, the Concurso de Elegancia Costa del Sol enters a bold new chapter under the direction of CAVËN and the leadership of the Piëch family, signalling its ambition to stand alongside the world’s most prestigious concours d’élégance.
More than 250 international collectors from Europe, the United States and the Middle East will descend upon Spain’s Costa del Sol for a private gathering reserved exclusively for invited owners and guests. Their collective passion will be reflected in a meticulously curated display of more than 100 exceptional automobiles — from historic classics and championship racing machines to groundbreaking hypercars and exquisitely crafted RestoMods (a clever way of saying “restored and modified” vehicles). With Bugatti returning as the event’s main partner, guests are promised an environment that blends automotive artistry with the sophistication of the Mediterranean lifestyle, creating an experience that extends far beyond a traditional car exhibition.
At its heart, the Concurso celebrates the automobile as both an engineering achievement and a moving sculpture. The competition spans six distinguished categories, including prewar and postwar classics, vintage supercars of the 1980s and 1990s, modern hypercars, motorsport icons and bespoke RestoMods, all culminating in the coveted Best of Concours Award. Together, they represent more than a century of design evolution and the relentless pursuit of performance.
Adding further prestige is an extraordinary international jury comprising 24 renowned experts whose influence has shaped the automotive world for decades. Designers Fabrizio Giugiaro and Carlo Bonzanigo will join respected authorities including Vince Finaldi, president of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Élégance, alongside historians, restorers, Ferrari Classiche specialists and leaders from such institutions as the Petersen Automotive Museum and Hagerty. Their evaluations will extend well beyond aesthetics to consider each vehicle’s historical significance, originality, craftsmanship and engineering excellence.

Yet, what truly distinguishes the Costa del Sol concours is its immersive approach to luxury motoring. Rather than remaining stationary on manicured lawns, these remarkable automobiles will be celebrated in motion through an exclusive four-day program of unforgettable experiences. Owners will enjoy a private driving session at the renowned Ascari Club Circuit, while one of the weekend’s most extraordinary moments will unfold at Gibraltar Airport, which will close exclusively for participants and transform its runway into a spectacular stage for some of the world’s most powerful machines.
The setting itself is equally compelling. Marbella’s sparkling coastline, celebrated gastronomy and refined seaside elegance provide a natural complement to the world’s rarest automobiles. The festivities will conclude with a glamorous gala dinner and awards ceremony overlooking the Mediterranean, where excellence in design, innovation and heritage will be formally recognized.
With visionary leadership, world-class partners, and an uncompromising commitment to exclusivity, the Concurso de Elegancia Costa del Sol is rapidly establishing itself as one of the defining events on the international concours calendar — a destination where extraordinary automobiles, timeless design and Mediterranean luxury converge in spectacular fashion.
