Celebrated Chef Marc Thuet and his business partner Biana Zorich recently held a star-studded dinner to celebrate the completion of the apprenticeship program for the new Conviction staff of ex-convicts. Launched in May, Conviction Restaurant’s mission is a social experiment designed to empower some of society’s most disadvantaged members, all while providing customers with an unforgettable eating and dining experience. The restaurant will be featured in Citytv’s new series, Conviction Kitchen, set to premiere this September.
