Prioritizing comfort and quality, the Gupta Group now provides a wider range of spacious two- and three-bedroom homes.
The Gupta Group, a leading North American development company, is reimagining its residences at Yonge City Square, reducing the number of units by 200 (almost 30 percent) and focusing on two- and three-bedroom condominiums.
Yonge City Square will be the first new condominium in over 20 years to be built in Toronto’s prestigious Hoggs Hollow neighbourhood at Yonge and York Mills.
The redesign has been inspired by buyers who want the ease and connectivity of condominium living without having to sacrifice the space and quality of a luxury home. It also gives them more flexibility by accommodating different suite combinations when feasible.
“We have listened closely to what purchasers want and need from a long-term home,” says Dr. Steve Gupta, founder and chairman of The Gupta Group. “Their feedback inspired us to reimagine Yonge City Square with a greater selection of larger, more livable two- and three-bedroom residences: homes where people have room to put down roots and build a life. With direct transit access, a rare ravine-side setting and resort-style amenities, we are creating a new vision for urban living that combines the comfort of home with the experience of a five-star retreat.”
The units, which range from 4,323 square feet to half an entire floor for the penthouses, cater to buyers with different lifestyles and space needs.
Yonge City Square will include well-designed homes with large balconies, terraces, high-end finishes, and over 32,000 square feet of resort-style facilities. Warm and elegant details and creative design will unite the architecture and interiors to create comfortable, luxurious and welcoming homes with a connection to the surrounding landscape.
The amenities program’s current ambitions also include an outdoor swimming pool, landscaped terraces, rooftop gardens, several grilling spaces, a yoga room, a sauna, a steam room, a golf simulator, a private theatre, a party room, a content-creation studio, and kids’ play areas.
For most residences, prices range from $1.5 million to $5 million, with a few exclusive penthouse properties priced in the $10 million range.
The Gupta Group has pledged $1 million to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, contributing $2,000 for every residence sold in connection with Yonge City Square. A significant part of that commitment has already been achieved.
Yonge City Square will combine the best of luxury and comfort. Its presentation centre, located at 36 York Mills Road, Unit 110, is slated to open in September 2026.
