Women’s quality of life is optimized at Femme with a unique care structure. First, Femme offers Executive Health primary medical care, for which each patient is assigned a dedicated nurse practitioner alongside a team of physicians including gynecologists. Second, the Wellness division includes integrative practitioners who are experts in their respective fields of chiropractic, pelvic floor physiotherapy, physiotherapy, massage therapy, psychotherapy and naturopathic medicine. Third, Femme’s Cosmetic division offers beauty and confidence via facials, peels, neuromodulators, fillers, regenerative treatments, skin-tightening devices, laser hair removal and body contouring devices. While any woman can make appointments to utilize the services, the Femme Membership integrates a healthcare journey where practitioners in all three divisions collaborate to enhance each patient’s experience and well-being.
Femme Membership offers its members convenient, cutting-edge healthcare and wellness benefits such as unlimited Executive Health visits, an annual Executive Health physical that includes complimentary wellness and cosmetic services, promotions on services in the clinic, expert-guided educational series on female health topics, group sessions for female-specific concerns, collaborations with other female-led businesses and so much more.

Femme is a haven for women to be understood and cared for authentically by skilled and compassionate experts. The vision for Femme was conceived during a conversation on Mother’s Day between its co-founding sisters, Dr. Donna Gasparro, Medical Director, and Candice Raic, Chief Executive Officer, during which they discussed embracing the uniqueness of the female experience as the core idea for a healthcare clinic.
“We offer a sensitive approach wherein we curate a holistic health care plan with medicine and evidence-based treatment at the forefront, but also considering who each individual woman is,” says Dr Gasparro. “Our Executive Health team will orchestrate an optimized level of care for members through communication within each division of the clinic.”
Dr. Gasparro and Candice developed their vision into a women’s health centre that provides top-quality, compassionate care to the women of Toronto in a beautiful setting. Femme honours the different phases, changes, and challenges that may occur over the course of a woman’s lifetime.
“Every member of the team is an expert in their field with a focus on women’s health, but there’s a different level of understanding with each interaction,” says Raic. “There’s a sense of comfort and openness which leads to better care and an enjoyable experience.”
