The ICONS Series, her latest venture, is a dazzling celebration of artistry, pairing music and fine dining in a way that has never been done before.
Launching in the enchanting town of Elora, Ont., often dubbed the most beautiful town in the province, The ICONS Series promises a collection of exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime evenings throughout 2025. Each event is a master class in luxury, featuring intimate acoustic performances from legendary Canadian musicians paired with culinary masterpieces crafted by the country’s finest chefs.
The series débuted on January 17, 2025, with an unforgettable evening at the historic Granary Building at Elora Mill Hotel & Spa. Multi-platinum icon Jann Arden took the stage for an intimate performance, her raw vocals and storytelling weaving an atmosphere of magic beneath the building’s glittering chandeliers. Guests seated mere steps from the stage had indulged beforehand in an exquisitely curated tasting menu designed by Canoe’s Executive Chef Ron McKinlay in celebration of that restaurant’s milestone 30th anniversary.
