Through the power of play, Right To Play helps children facing adversity to build essential life skills and better futures while driving lasting social change. On May 1, 2014, over 400 guests gathered at the luxe Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto for the third annual Right To Play Ball event, where they were treated to an evening of gourmet delights in the chic ambiance of the venue’s ballroom and walk-out terrace. Event-goers also savoured the opportunity to mingle with Russell Peters, the event’s celebrity deejay, and over 15 Olympic medal-winning Athlete Ambassadors at the exclusive VIP reception. The event raised a total of $170,000 for Right To Play.
